Gordon E. Lowe
Gordon Lowe is the President and Owner of The Appraisers, Inc. He is a Certified General Appraiser. He has been appraising since 1991 and has participated in mass appraisal assignments over the entire course of his career. When he is not serving county assessor clients, he focuses his appraisal experience on appraising agricultural/recreational properties. Many of his appraisal assignments include conservation easements, water right appraisals, and condemnation appraisals. Several of his clients request appraisal assignments that require adherence to Uniform Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (USFLA or Yellow Book).
Jeff Salmon
Jeff Salmon joined our team in 2019. He has been appraising a wide variety of commercial, agricultural, and residential properties since 2008. Jeff began his appraisal career in Alberta, Canada and received his AACI designation from the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2011. He is a Certified General Appraiser and Candidate for the MAI designation. Jeff specializes in residential, agricultural, and rural commercial appraisals.
Janice Lowe
Janice Lowe is a co-owner of The Appraisers, Inc. with education and background experience in accounting. Janice is our Costing Specialist with many years of experience working with Marshall and Swift Valuation software (commercial and residential). Her mindfulness and auditing experience contribute to accurate valuations under proper property codes and classifications. Janice manages office accounting and payroll, as well.
Cecily Weatherford
Cecily Weatherford is the newest member of the office team – since 2022. Her background includes 18 years as a medical transcriptionist. She is adept at internet research and manages the office sales database as well as a myriad of other office operations to assist Gordon and Jeff with their respective appraisal assignments. As Administrative Assistant on our team, Cecily manages day-to-day office operations.
