Gordon E. Lowe
Gordon Lowe is the President and Owner of The Appraisers, Inc. He is a Certified General Appraiser. He has been appraising since 1991 and has participated in mass appraisal assignments over the entire course of his career. When he is not serving county assessor clients, he focuses his appraisal experience on appraising agricultural/recreational properties. Many of his appraisal assignments include conservation easements, water right appraisals, and condemnation appraisals. Several of his clients request appraisal assignments that require adherence to Uniform Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (USFLA or Yellow Book).
Janice Lowe
Janice Lowe is a co-owner of The Appraisers, Inc. with education and background experience in accounting. Janice is our Costing Specialist with many years of experience working with Marshall and Swift Valuation software (commercial and residential). Her mindfulness and auditing experience contribute to accurate valuations under proper property codes and classifications. Janice manages office accounting and payroll, as well.
Cecily Weatherford
Cecily Weatherford is the newest member of the office team – since 2022. Her background includes 18 years as a medical transcriptionist. She is adept at internet research and manages the office sales database as well as a myriad of other office operations to assist Gordon with appraisal assignments. As Administrative Assistant on our team, Cecily manages day-to-day office operations.
